This is our second time here and another perfect stay. The addition of the games room and the fire pit really made the stay, especially for the multi generational family members. The owners are amazing and nothing is too much trouble! We will be back for a third visit....

We had a lovely week staying at Lexhayne Mill. Three generations, six adults and two children. A lovely, large house! Plenty of space for larger groups though. The photos really don't do this lovely house justice, it simply had to be seen! Joan and Simon are lovely owners and really can't do enough to make your stay perfect. The beds are comfy, plenty of hot water and good showers! All the furnishings are good quality. Very well equipped kitchen. Outside seating areas were well used by us as the weather was good, as was the hot tub. We loved watching the sheep and lambs which we were lucky enough to bottle feed, which for the 6 year old in our party was a highlight! Sitting out on a clear night watching the bright stars was a bonus! Being in the countryside but not far to the sea was good. We enjoyed the tram ride from Colyton to Seaton and back, plus visiting the other local seaside towns. Everything was perfect, we have booked again for next Easter and highly recommend Lexhayne Mill....

Our family had a fabulous time at this wonderful property. It’s such a comfortable house with brilliant facilities. We used the hot tub daily and had a fabulous barbecue and loved the outdoor fire pit. The games rooms was also well used and the field opposite was loved by our dog which was safe for him to run freely as the gardens and field are fully enclosed. Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful owners who were on hand to help but never interfered. The bedrooms and plentiful bathrooms meant we each had our own bathroom which was a welcome luxury for us all. We will definitely be looking to book this property again and I hope to be frequent visitors in the future. Classic cottages were also a pleasure to book with....

A party of 14 of us came for a relaxing break which we certainly had. The kitchen and dining area especially comfortable. The Kingfisher pub in Colyton had good food and we spent an evening playing skittles which was great fun. Thanks to Simon and his wife for making this such a Memorable few days....
