Vicky was really helpful and arranged to meet us on arrival. The ‘cottage’ is huge, comfortable, warm as it cools off at the end of October, with historical interest and great facilities that suited our multi-generation family group. We really appreciated being able to take three dogs. The gardens were great and I’d love to return in the summer when we could make use of them. The beds were really comfortable with good quality bedding, and the kitchen very well equipped. Cooking on an aga took some getting used to! The space meant we all had room to do our own thing, whilst also being together. The house is perfect for hide and seek!...

This is a lovely house hosted by a warm welcome from the owner. The rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The large kitchen/dining room is a wonderful room for family gatherings.
