The property was magical, blew our expectations out the water. Cat was so welcoming and accommodating. Sitting in the hot tub at night was surreal, can’t wait to return! We miss Lincoln already :)

The accommodation itself was lovely, communal areas were in need of a good clean I understand it’s basic outdoor living but low levels lights with 7 years of cobweb build up is bit excessive along with muddy showers etc. Staff were less than helpful unfortunately although nice. Booked hot tub for £40 and it never got hot, still awaiting refund. Advertised as own private fire area, its communal, and logs are an extra £12 a bag which was not stated any where. No kindling or axe where provided, they were “just lying round the site somewhere” Candle in treehouse for light as no electricity. Our was old and burnt out. Another was not provided. Staff were more interested in making their porridge and leaving their motor bike against tables than hosting. Had an enjoyable weekend regardless of these little touches that should definitely be improved for the cost paid in my eyes. I’m used to roughing it and van life but paying over £200 for not a lot was a bit of a let down. ...
