We had a lovely time in this area of Cornwall . The view from the property is stunning and the surrounding gardens were beautiful. Steve the host welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the property and was helpful but not intrusive. The property is beautifully furnished and we had a peaceful stay and relaxing holiday. The view from the front windows is spectacular!!! This is an amazing place to stay if you enjoy walking, the cliff path was across the road, barely a few hundred yards away. The Place ferry, only a 15 minute walk away, goes to St Mawes from which we then hopped on a ferry to Falmouth and then another to Malpas….a fabulous day out! The bed was comfortable, the water for showers was hot and the whole place beautifully furnished. Steve and Jude welcomed us as soon as we arrived after which Steve gave us a comprehensive tour of the property and how to use the equipment. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this lovely accommodation wholeheartedly. ...

Lovely house with great grounds and surroundings to get away from the hustle and bustle. Roseland Peninsula feels along way from everywhere. The short walk to the beach down the cliff is an adventure but worth it. Other "drive to" beaches are available, all lovely , natural and calm. We swam with a seal! The headland is lovely and the little ferries across the bay a good day out. Hosts are very nice and live in the main house. Felt very looked after but not intruded on. Perfect. And there are a few horses you can pet and probably help look after if that is your thing....
