Fantastic location! We stayed at the Old Post Office for 9 nights in August. It was perfectly situated to visit York, Ripon and Harrogate. Lovely local pub and butcher. Neighbours were all friendly.

House is situated in a beautiful historical village and is an easy drive to Ripon, Fountains Abbey, York etc and the coast. Very spacious property with lovely lounge (new sofas and large tv), 3 good sized bedrooms and an excellent shower. A good pub just a five minute walk away and others a short drive away. Very good value for 6 people. Felt there was a lack of attention to detail in some areas....

The Old Post Office is located in a lovely small Village. It is easy to get to know the locals in one of the 2 pubs around the corner. There is a playground nearby for the children. The host is very friendly and helpful, the house is well maintained. The location, in the middle of the village, adds to the post Office feeling....
