Very enjoyable week in this well equipped and cosy house with lovely enclosed garden Walks from the door to Filey and beyond. Helpful owner and friendly pub within walking distance. Would recommend.

The property is beautiful and felt so warm and cosy. Peter had made sure the house was toasty warm for us and left a super hamper of local delicacies. The house has a wonderful welcoming feeling with an excellent enclosed garden loved by my sausage dog. Lovely to stroll amongst the daffodils on the green in an evening and locals were lovely and friendly. Thanks to Peter’s thoughtfulness and the high standards in the property I would highly recommend this as a place to stay . ...

This is a very nice cottage close to the sea and to Filey where you will find shops for groceries. The garden is very nice and I can imagine sitting out there in the summer. There is a comfortable sitting room and bedrooms are of good quality too. We enjoyed our stay and days out to Whitby, Flamborough head and Filey beach. The owner was very helpful too. There was a very nice hamper there on our arrival, many thanks....
