Very enjoyable week in this well equipped and cosy house with lovely enclosed garden Walks from the door to Filey and beyond. Helpful owner and friendly pub within walking distance. Would recommend.

The property is beautiful and felt so warm and cosy. Peter had made sure the house was toasty warm for us and left a super hamper of local delicacies. The house has a wonderful welcoming feeling with an excellent enclosed garden loved by my sausage dog. Lovely to stroll amongst the daffodils on the green in an evening and locals were lovely and friendly. Thanks to Peter’s thoughtfulness and the high standards in the property I would highly recommend this as a place to stay . ...

School House is a lovely place to stay. It is ideally located with a bus stop right outside. There is a pleasant walk across the fields into Filey and a nice pub just along the road. The self contained garden is perfect for adults and children to relax before and after days out. We loved our stay so much we have booked to stay again next summer....
