This was a 2nd stay at Grove Cottage. It is so well maintained and looked after. It has everything we need and more. The garden is gorgeous. The cottage is located in a fabulous position for the stores and the beach and the numerous pubs and restaurants. You cannot beat it....

A spacious, comfortable cottage, ideally positioned in the centre of the village, but very quiet and private as set well back from the road. Well furnished and equipped. Mr Reaney June 2026

We found that the cottage was easy to locate on arrival and was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The cottage was also very well located for access in to the village and down to Peterville and Trevaunance Cove. Whilst the weather was good we stayed local and used the St Agnes Hotel, the Peterville Inn, the Taphouse, the Driftwood Spars Hotel and the Miners Arms for our evening pub meals. We also used the Cafe Q for a lunch and used Genkis Cafe many times for a coffee and also a couple of lunches. We also did day trips to Trebah Gardens and the Eden Project. We had not stayed in St. Agnes before but found the cottage to be well placed for good access to South West Coast Path walks and the area had good facilities for shopping and dining alike, this is a cottage we would certainly return to. ...

Bakery was next door and a pub each way within a two minute walk. Had a lovely break and the housekeeper was so very helpful ?????...
