A beautiful property with the most fabulous views and furnished to a very high standard. The property had everything we needed for our family holiday and was suitable for every age in our party. The grounds are spectacular and there was so much in the garden to explore, plus a footpath running to the rear of the property which was a lovely walk with the dogs....

The Garden House is a really lovely place. The garden is beautiful and the view is too! The house itself was very roomy with 6 of us + baby. Classic cottages and the housekeeper were really helpful and kind with the whole of the booking and there was a great changing table and high chair available. Really special stay and even if it rains, Eden project is 5 minute drive away. We loved our stay!...

This is an amazing cottage. I've just returned from a week there with my extended family. There were 8 of us aged from 11 to 80 across 3 households and we all enjoyed it. The garden is amazing and gives you a lot of privacy with awesome sea views. The location is excellent. Very easy to get to, good parking and easy to get to lots of places. Can highly recommend Lost Gardens of Heligan, Truro Farmers Market (use the park and ride), Charlestown, Fowey, Lanhydrock and if you like a woodland walk then head to Pontsmill car park. Only down side is that the kitchen wasn't very well equipped (lots of crockery and cutlery though), but it didn't stop us having an excellent holiday....

Perfect location for a 90th birthday celebration with all the family. Amazing views and house accommodation very comfortable. The kitchen is small for the size of house and is lacking some equipment but we managed! Hence not able to give 5 stars.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Lovely decoration, spotlessly clean, beautiful large garden and fantastic views. Several bathrooms prevented queues. The showers had good water pressure and overall the bathrooms were immaculate. We easily parked 3 large cars with room for more. Our family of 10 across 3 generations had a lovely holiday here. We visited the Eden project, Gardens of Heligan, Fowey, and several beaches. We also drove to Wadebridge and took the cycle path to Padstow. I would definitely recommend this house for large family holidays...
