A wonderful holiday in this lovely well equipped little cottage which is ideally situated with plenty of walks from the door and a fabulous pub a quarter of a mile away. The hosts Kate and Steve provide plenty of information to help you plan your holiday and provide a lovely welcome pack on arrival. They went the extra mile for us turning up with 6 bottles of water early on Saturday morning as the mains water was off due to a burst main. Perfect cottage for your stay in the South Downs. It has everything you need. The owners are so helpful, we felt like home. We found a welcome package with bread, coffee, milk, butter and a really tasty wine from the area ( I didn`t expect to find a wine from Sussex, which was perfect for the summer). Great for dog walking, because you have the nature just arond the corner. The Pub "The Eight Bells" is also a short walk ( 7 mins) away with great food, drinks and fantastic staff....

We had a very good stay here. Good quality furnishings & fittings. The dog was well catered for. Lovely to find the little extras provided - bread, butter & milk. Top notch wine & coffee also. The location was convenient for us with good walks from the door and an easy drive to my favourite supermarket! The EV charging point was particularly useful and cost a lot less than commercial chargers. We would stay again if in the area....
