This property was excellent. The quality and cleanliness of everything was amazing as was the welcome pack. The bed and bedding were wonderful. The owners have gone above and beyond with everything. Probably the best cottage we have stayed in (and there have been many all over the country!). We would hope to be able to make a return visit next year. We were blown away by Sealark the house was so clean and comfortable absolutely 5 star, no cost has been spared and you can feel the love the owners have put into the beautiful cottage . Very dog friendly and very generous owners left us lots of goodies. The location is fabulous, tea room, pubs and butcher, bus stop across road and off street parking. The cottage is the perfect size for 2-3 people and is exceptionally well outfitted. Hinderwell is a nice sized village, with very easy access to other notable seaside sites and villages. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the towels were obviously new and fluffy. The cottage is well equipped, both with expected basics and unexpected extras such as fire kindling, beach chairs, welcome snacks, etc. I appreciated the electric drying rack and the outside laundry line and clips, since the drying portion of the combo washer/dryer can take a lot of time. Everything was well noted with good instructions on how to operate etc. The cottage and outside areas were spotless and in the right location. The parking spot is much appreciated since parking on the seaside can be limited. Perfect holiday home, Jill & Chris have thought of everything both for humans & dogs. Enjoyed chilling in sun-trap rear garden after a day exploring local area. Lots of lovely walks straight from the front door. Circular walk to Runswick Bay is a must. Whichever direction you take a walk on the beach and a bite to eat are certainly a treat. Sandsend, Staithes & Robin Hoods Bay are also must visits. We had amazing sunny weather but the scenery would be just as beautiful whatever the weather. Thank you Jill and Chris for providing such a lovely home from home....
