This was the best shepherds hut I have ever stayed in! I have stayed in about 7 different huts and this was a fantastic mix of space, cosiness and homeliness. I particularly loved the bathroom styling, the space in the shower, the fact there were thick beautiful curtains which made it feel more luxury and cosy in the evenings, and I loved the added sofa to give an almost separate living room feel to cosy up in front of the fire. The bed was super comfy too and I like how it's enclosed in a separate area - the shelf space in there was great to put a drink on and i liked that you had a lamp too for the evenings. Absolutely beautiful place to stay - we couldn't reccomend it more if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful and romantic private getaway. We initially were hesitant due to the few reviews available, but we can 100% confirm that it really is only because the place is new! We took food to cook in the airfryer/on the outdoor fire pit, some games to play, and prosecco to enjoy in the alfresco bathtub - perfect few days to get away (...and to get engaged!!????)...
