Great location for Penzance, Helston and West Cornwall. The apartment was clean and well furnished, very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking from scratch or eating take aways. Easy to find and lots of private parking. And the view was exactly as shown; sunrises, sunsets, and storm clouds too. Great location in Praa Sands, on the coast path and a short stroll to the beach....

We were very pleased with our accommodation in Trebah and the welcome we received from the owner. Praa Sands is a beautiful spot and Trebah is perfect for a sunny holiday. It is a comfortable, attractive and roomy studio flat with a wonderful view. We will be back!...

Great place to stay in Praa sands. Lovely property with a great view of coastline and sea and a very comfy bed which helped us have a relaxing week. We hope to be back.

Excellent holiday home. Well equiped, with superb sea views from the huge window. Loved being able to see the sea from the very comfy bed! It's two minutes walk to the beach with off road parking in the private carpark below. We couldn't find the entry to the property when we arrived. Once we managed to get a phone signal classic cottages put us in touch with the owner who gave us the guidance to gain entry. Maybe some photos of the outside entrance could be provided when sending the address & how to get there. Otherwise a very comfortable stay in a lovely holiday home. We would definitely stay here again. Thankyou. ...

Trebah is in a perfect location, with the SW Coast Path probably 40 paces away. The view from the apartment is addictive and I imagine it would be beautiful in all weathers. I was lucky with the weather and enjoyed sunrises from the bed and sunsets from the comfy sofas. It was utterly peaceful as the apartment is set back from the road and I didn’t hear a word from any neighbours. Praa Sands is in my opinion something of a special secret; the beach is fabulous and you can join in with your SUP, surfboard or kayak or simply sit and watch - a walk along the sand or the coast path at any time of day is a delight. The only facilities are a beach bar and a restaurant, a surf shop and a coffee shack. Just a short walk up from Trebah there is a really nice little cafe next to a gorgeous shop selling gifts and homeware. I love the fact that Praa Sands remains unspoilt in this way. It is an easy walk from Trebah along the coast path to the vibey beach bar where they played some great tunes and served up a decent pint. For grocery shopping it is a short drive to a good-sized Co-op....
