The terrace overlooks the ocean and is the perfect spot for a post-surf breakfast.

The very talented owner painted this canvas of Praa Sands beach. It sits in splendour above the sofa in the sitting-room.
Dotted around this beautiful area of west Cornwall you will find lots of road side stalls selling local home grown produce.
Why not shop locally for the freshest of Cornish produce.

The sun-room has a little nook where the owners have added a small sofa. You can sit here with a snuggly throw and a good book, or just watch the ever changing vista.

Bedroom 2 hosts two single beds.
Bedroom 2 has two three-foot single beds.
Bedroom 1 is a sweet king-size with sea views.

Gulls Way has one family bathroom and a hot outdoor shower, plus an additional cloakroom with an extra WC for the guests.
Gulls Way sits in an elevated position overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
What a view!
You can stroll down to the beach through the dunes.
Located just below Gulls Way is a small private road, used just by the local residents who live along here.
Take care when driving into and out of Gulls Way as it is located on a steep driveway.
Take a stroll along Praa Sands beach and blow away the cobwebs.
The foodie heaven of Porthleven is a short drive away. If you are feeling adventurous you can walk along the coast path. It is a great way to discover local coves and you may spot a seal or two along the way.
Enjoy exploring the local rock pools.
The bustling town of Penzance is a twenty minute drive away. Spend the day exploring the local antiques shops and maybe pick up some freshly caught fish from the local market at Newlyn.
A must visit is the ancient market town of Marazion. Here you will find majestic St Michael's Mount. Take a walk along the causeway and enjoy a cream tea at the little tea shop.

This was our first time staying at Gull's Way.It's always a little daunting when coming to a new property but we had nothing to worry about!As soon as you step inside,you feel at home.Maybe it's the little ornaments and houseplants,but you feel that you are staying somewhere that has been cherished by the family who own it.The rooms are all comfortable and you have everything you need.The views are amazing!we even spotted a seal,just off of the beach,which was a first for us at Praa Sands.We've already reserved next years dates so now we're just counting down until then!!...

What a find Gulls Way was. A wonderful family home that exuded peace and quiet away from the humdrum of life. The views are extraordinary and we could have quite easily stayed in the cottage all week just wandering along the beach or coastal footpaths in both directions or just sitting outside watching the ever changing sea. The Welloe is great for coffees and meals and within easy walking distance of cottage. The cottage was warm and cosy with a lovely welcome pack. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was very clean. The beds are super comfy. There’s lots of local information and maps to browse. We can’t recommend this property highly enough. It is superb and the owners are so friendly and welcoming. I am certain we will be back! ...

Gulls Way is in an excellent location with fantastic views. The property is well equipped and maintained to a good standard. There is parking on site where it is best to drive onto the patio at the front of the property and then reverse up the drive. There is a pub and beach bar restaurant serving evening meals within easy walking distance, about half a mile also a cafe nearby which serves breakfast and light lunches most days. The owners made us feel very welcome and checked we were settling in and were available for any queries. We would return to the property without hesitation ...

We will definitely miss this fantastic ocean view at breakfast! We had a wonderful two weeks in this cozy cottage. We also appreciated the change of bed linen and towels halfway through our stay. Great location to reach the various highlights of the region....
