The terrace overlooks the ocean and is the perfect spot for a post-surf breakfast.

The very talented owner painted this canvas of Praa Sands beach. It sits in splendour above the sofa in the sitting-room.
After a day walking along the local coast paths head back to Gulls Way and hunker down in front of the open fire.
Dotted around this beautiful area of west Cornwall you will find lots of road side stalls selling local home grown produce.
Why not shop locally for the freshest of Cornish produce.

The sun-room has a little nook where the owners have added a small sofa. You can sit here with a snuggly throw and a good book, or just watch the ever changing vista.
All the bedrooms have super comfy beds.
Gulls Way is a very comfortable place to stay for six guests.

Gulls Way has one family bathroom and a hot outdoor shower, plus an additional cloakroom with an extra WC for the guests.

You can stroll down to the beach through the dunes.
Located just below Gulls Way is a small private road, used just by the local residents who live along here.
Take care when driving into and out of Gulls Way as it is located on a steep driveaway.
Take a stroll along Praa Sands beach and blow away the cobwebs.
The foodie heaven of Porthleven is a short drive away. If you are feeling adventurous you can walk along the coast path. It is a great way to discover local coves and you may spot a seal or two along the way.
Enjoy exploring the local rock pools.
The bustling town of Penzance is a twenty minute drive away. Spend the day exploring the local antique shops and maybe pick up some freshly caught fish from the local market at Newlyn.
A must visit is the ancient market town of Marazion. Here you will find majestic St Michael's Mount. Take a walk along the causeway and enjoy a cream tea at the little tea shop.

The location of Gulls Way is just amazing. We felt at home from the first moment we stepped into this cosy, comfortable house. It is very well equipped. Most, we liked to sit on the bench in front of the house or in the conservatory (which is a big plus). To hear the sound of the waves was just great. We would like to come back....

We can only say thank you. We were greeted with a great welcome gift - treats are always great :-). The house is stunning and lovingly decorated. You get lots of explanations and information. The cottage was exceptional, I have never stayed anywhere so well equipped and with such useful how to notes, local visitor information and thoughtful touches. The welcome food basket was perfect as I had forgotten our tea bags and coffee and the children loved the sweet treats. The cottage was everything we had hoped for and more, beautifully decorated, spacious, cosy and comfortable with stunning views of the sea and beautiful sunsets that could be enjoyed from both inside and outside of the cottage whatever the weather. The proximity to the lovely, sandy beach and coastal walks was brilliant and there were good restaurants and bars on the beach with live music. It was also easy to explore iconic parts of Cornwall like Kynance Cove, Penzance, the Lizard, Lands End and St Michaels Mount, all within easy reach in the car. We absolutely loved our stay there and hope to come back soon, we cannot recommend it enough....

Comfortable and cozy house in an awesome location - highly recommeded! Gulls Way enjoys an unobstructed, panoramic view of the bay of Praa Sands that is truly spectacular. It is only a short leisurely stroll away from the beautiful beach, and it is so close to the ocean that you hear the sound of the waves. The house is well-appointed, very clean and well cared for. It has a very welcoming atmosphere to it, which has a lot to do with how the hosts go out of their way to make one feel at home here. Gulls Way is an absolute treasure, and we very much enjoyed our stay there....
