The very talented owner painted this canvas of Praa Sands beach. It sits in splendour above the sofa in the sitting-room.
Dotted around this beautiful area of west Cornwall you will find lots of road side stalls selling local home grown produce.
Why not shop locally for the freshest of Cornish produce.

The sun-room has a little nook where the owners have added a small sofa. You can sit here with a snuggly throw and a good book, or just watch the ever changing vista.

Bedroom 2 hosts two single beds.
Bedroom 2 has two three-foot single beds.

Gulls Way has one family bathroom and a hot outdoor shower, plus an additional cloakroom with an extra WC for the guests.
Gulls Way sits in an elevated position overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

You can stroll down to the beach through the dunes.
Located just below Gulls Way is a small private road, used just by the local residents who live along here.
Take care when driving into and out of Gulls Way as it is located on a steep driveway.
Take a stroll along Praa Sands beach and blow away the cobwebs.
The foodie heaven of Porthleven is a short drive away. If you are feeling adventurous you can walk along the coast path. It is a great way to discover local coves and you may spot a seal or two along the way.
Enjoy exploring the local rock pools.
The bustling town of Penzance is a twenty minute drive away. Spend the day exploring the local antiques shops and maybe pick up some freshly caught fish from the local market at Newlyn.
A must visit is the ancient market town of Marazion. Here you will find majestic St Michael's Mount. Take a walk along the causeway and enjoy a cream tea at the little tea shop.

What a find Gulls Way was. A wonderful family home that exuded peace and quiet away from the humdrum of life. The views are extraordinary and we could have quite easily stayed in the cottage all week just wandering along the beach or coastal footpaths in both directions or just sitting outside watching the ever changing sea. The Welloe is great for coffees and meals and within easy walking distance of cottage. The cottage was warm and cosy with a lovely welcome pack. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything was very clean. The beds are super comfy. There’s lots of local information and maps to browse. We can’t recommend this property highly enough. It is superb and the owners are so friendly and welcoming. I am certain we will be back! ...

Property exceeded expectations, would rather not say to much in case it’s continually booked up! Even when it rains( which it did) you can just sit and be mesmerised watching the sea. The pictures don’t do the location justice and you can walk to beach, food and drink, what’s not to like....

This house has truly enchanted us, not only with its breathtaking views—which so many previous guests have mentioned - but above all with its coziness and outstanding comfort. Everything here is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail: from the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds to all the little touches that made our stay so pleasant every single day. We truly appreciated the care and love that have been poured into making this house feel like a home, and we felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The location of Gulls Way is just amazing. We felt at home from the first moment we stepped into this cosy, comfortable house. It is very well equipped. Most, we liked to sit on the bench in front of the house or in the conservatory (which is a big plus). To hear the sound of the waves was just great. We would like to come back....

The cottage and setting are stunning. The photos whilst amazing are far surpassed by actually being there. The Welcome Hamper either various Cornish goodies was delightful. Would highly recommend.
