The property was ideal for a large family get together during the February half term break. All bedrooms were very spacious and many had en suites. There was a lot of social space, including 3 reception / living rooms, dining room and very well equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp when we messaged to ask a few questions (for example if we could have access to additional stair gates due to younger children in our party). The property was in a great location for exploring Lincoln and the surrounding areas but a car would be advisable due to the location of the property. Would definitely stay again ??...

This property is beautiful and so spacious. The grounds are extensive and the tennis court was a big hit with children and adults alike. All bathrooms felt very luxurious. Location wise this house is great, very close to Lincoln, lovely parks and walks nearby....
