Bremridge Lodge

We were met by Alex, one of the owners when we arrived and he showed us around and how to operate everything. This is one marvellous holiday destination. The indoor pool was first rate as was everything else actually. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. We did have one or two awkward moments on the narrow lanes in the area but we have holidayed in the Dartmoor area before and knew what to expect in this regard. All the bedrooms had ensuite facilities. We try to have a week away with my younger son and his family once a year and his two lads absolutely loved the indoor pool and linking his phone by Bluetooth to the pool system we could all swim to our favourite music through the great sound system. The table tennis table was an unexpected pleasure as was the grand piano in the hall which my musical family loved. All in all full marks for this great holiday venue....

Second time of staying at Bremridge. We had a great holiday again even having our own table tennis tournament. Another yummy Victoria sponge cake baked by Alex. The pool is a real bonus, we got good use out of the pool, swimming twice a day some days. Thanks Alex already looking at coming back!...

Just returned from Bremridge Lodge and cant wait to re-book for another break . Yes its a lot of money but definitely worth it with loads of room for mixed generational group and absolutely fabulous pool area. After 30+ years of renting cottages especially in Devon this must rank as the best. The host Alex goes out of his way to be helpful and genial at every opportunity . It was lovely to feel that the property was ours for the week with no restrictions about anything. We arrived early at the property and Alex immediately stepped back from preparing the property to show us the pool area and explain everything so we could chill whilst he went back to cleaning etc. Thanks to all at Bremridge for a fantastic break....

The Lodge is lovely ,a short walk to the pool which is wonderful,all bedrooms have televisions,a/c units, and en-suites....also down stairs have a/c units...amazing place.. Mr.M.J Martin

Bremridge Lodge will not meet your expectations - IT WILL EXCEED THEM. The lounge area is so much larger than it looks on the website and everything has been thought of. The lodge is tastefully decorated with plenty of space for everyone. We had two teenagers with us who both had their own space (One had her own 'wing') and privacy which they appreciated. There was every appliance one could think of in the kitchen with plenty of crockery (and two dishwashers) and appliances were easy to use so no need to search around for instruction manuals. There was plenty of space to store ones own groceries and don't worry about fridge space - there are three on the ground floor and one upstairs! Plenty of room to store that bottle of bubbles. We were at Bremridge Lodge to celebrate a big birthday and managed to arrange a surprise party in the space upstairs - which we christened the Champagne Bar! It was a great space for such a celebration. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated with plenty of space for storage. And of course they're all en-suite. While we were there the weather was very warm so we appreciated the air conditioning units. Our host Alex was very helpful and ensured we had everything we wanted and were comfortable Finally how can we not comment the pool and jacuzzi. We were in the water every day and have some extra special memories of time spent there as a family. ...
