Take a leisurely stroll along the River Gannel at Newquay.
Why not have a go at paddle boarding. Newquay has lots of options for all abilities.
Newquay is only four miles away, and has lots of amenities and activities to keep the whole family entertained.
St Agnes is a short drive away, and has a wonderful cove you can splash about in all day long.
Cornwall is famous for its beachside cafes, all serving delicious locally-sourced food and drinks!

We had a fantastic week at Swallows Rest. A beautiful barn conversion tucked away from it all yet, within a few minutes you could be on the main road and able to go in any direction to explore. The property itself was lovely and was even better than the pictures show. A nice big property with plenty of space inside and out. A few lovely welcome treats, I won’t spoil the surprise by saying what was left for us. Lizzie the host was really friendly and accessible. We would definitely recommend a stay at Swallows Rest. The first time we have used Classic and will definitely be using for future stays....
