Traditional cottage stairs lead up to the first floor. Please note the two steps up to the double and twin rooms at the top of the stairs and the further two steps which lead up to the bathroom and single room.

We had a lovely holiday at Newton Cottage. It was well equipped, and the team at the other end of the email responded really well if we had any concerns or issues. Yes, there is a big hill, they tell you before you book it. But it’s outweighed by the beautiful location, the space and the facilities. Lovely terrace for breakfast and we managed a BBQ easily. We would return to this property and have already booked our 4th holiday with Classic Cottages for summer 2027! Thanks again ...

Beautiful, spacious, cosy cottage with large, enclosed garden. Perfect for our family of 9 and 2 dogs. A short walk to the shops, beaches and harbour. (Bit of a steep climb back up but kept us fit!) Parking for 2 cars- it was easy to park our 3rd car in the long stay car park in town. Highly recommend. Want to return! St Mawes is stunning. ...

Lovely cottage in beautiful spot. Very close to st Mawes (400m) but must be fit to walk back up the hill. Great facilities available in property, and garden is such a nice extra. Perfect for a family get away
