A very well equipped and comfortable house in a great location. We had a fantastic week here with plenty of space for us all. Would highly recommend for a large family or group.

Loved our stay at Newton Cottage. House lovely and clean on arrival and nice welcome package left for us. Kitchen well equipped, everything you could need is there. We had an issue on our second week with a leak from the washing machine waste pipe which was quickly rectified via classic. Only slight negative would be the single beds in the downstairs bedroom are not very comfortable, apart from this we loved our stay and have already booked for next year. Thank you Newton Cottage and Classic for a lovely two weeks in St Mawes....

We're thrilled you enjoyed Newton Cottage so much you have booked for next year too! It was a pleasure to have resolved the issue with the washing machine pipe in good time, so it didn't interrupt your holiday. We're sorry you found the beds uncomfortable; we shall make sure this is monitored with a view to replacement. We look forward to welcoming you back. Sarah, Customer Support...

There were eight of us who spent a week at Newton Cottage. It was a lovely, cosy and spacious home for us. Everything was exactly as described, and communication was very straightforward and helpful. We have absolutely no complaints. There were some lovely places to visit in the surrounding area. It was a wonderful, relaxing week :)...

Another great stay at Newton Cottage. The property has everything you’d need and a great patio area that always seems to be bathed in sunlight. The dogs loved it too.

Super location, ten minutes to harbour, beach and ferries. Steep hill back, but only short. Co op in St Mawes very small but ok for essentials. Comfy beds, but a floor plan would be useful.
