We loved our few days at Birdsong - really managed to switch off and unwind. We had everything we needed to cook simple meals and plenty of space to put our belongings. The covered porch area is a great idea. Having an M and S food 2 mins up the road was handy. Mawgan Porth beach is beautiful, with plenty of lovely places to eat or get drinks. We had the best stay here, the cabin itself is beautiful, it’s so cosy, comfy and clean. There is everything in the cabin needed to stay in if you don’t want to leave and make the most of it! The hot tub is amazing, very relaxing and so nice to look out onto the meadow / views. The cabin provides shelter for if it rains and you still want to sit outside which is nice. It’s just this and one other cabin which means it is lovely, quiet and super peaceful. The provided scones, jam and cream was a very yummy added bonus! The games room is also very good, has darts, a TV and table tennis which is good fun :). The location is perfect as 20 or so minutes away from Newquay, super easy to get a taxi from! Overall I’d recommend this place to anyone for a nice relaxing weekend away. ...

My stay at Birdsong was very relaxing. I had a lot of space and privacy to enjoy the deck and hot tub. The kitchen was fully and thoughtfully equipped. The hosts were great at communicating with me before and during my stay.

Birdsong was stunning and the views were even better of the rolling hills and sunset. Hosts couldn’t do more to help where needed. Location is great for seeing all of Cornwall. Would recommend to everyone!!!
