Next to the bedroom is the stylish shower-room.
You can just hear the sound of the cork popping! Such a stunning view.

The grounds are shared with the friendly but unobtrusive owners. The property to right (with the green door) sleeps three and is also available to book - Horseshoe Cottage. The floor above Stable Cottage is not currently in use.
Pretty Chagford is just a short drive away and has some lovely village amenities, including pubs and independent shops.
Dartmoor has some idyllic landscapes and riverside walks.
There are sublime views to behold across Dartmoor.
The south coast is not far away - this is beautiful Shaldon.
Teignmouth is definitely worth a visit.
Such a lovely spot to soak up the sun.

If you want a haven of peace and tranquility, then stay at Stable Cottage. It’s within an hour of either north or south coast with much to explore in the local area. A short drive to Chagford with its many places to eat out and some individual shops, or for fresh air and meeting the local wildlife a trip on Dartmoor is always special. Comfortable and well appointed this cottage provides the perfect base to relax and unwind....

This property is in a delightful, secluded and peaceful location. The fixtures and fittings are exceptional. Two people could easily live there permanently. Bigger than it looks in the photo's and the owners who are a very nice couple, are on hand for any problems of which, we had none. The small town of Moretonhampstead is a short drive away with everything you need. Three pubs serving food. We used The Union Inn a few times. Good food, big portions, good service and at a reasonable price. You will also find a café serving breakfast and an ice cream parlour which also serves food. Plus a butcher, a newsagent and a fair size Co-op which is open till late. This superb cottage is the perfect place to explore the local area and the south coast, or just sit around and relax. We were sad to leave....
