This property is beautiful and the views from the balcony are to die for. After a very stressful few months this was just the tonic we needed. There are some very nice places to eat - Levain, The Lime Kiln Cafe and The Thatched Inn. This is our second time at the property. Only property we have ever booked again in the 11 years of visiting Devon. Everything works for us, from the layout, décor and kitchen facilities, to the quietness of the area. The owners have clearly thought things through. Well furnished and well equipped, without the cheap over fill. Its the small touches, like Tupperware and ice packs for days out. Providing small essential like dish sponge and clothes to wipe the counter down. You can tell the place was done out with some thought. Stylishly kitted out and balanced without too much trinkets that get in the way. Enough space for you to put things away for it to feel like home and not living out of a suitcase. This place will have a special place for us as we sit with our morning coffee with the wonderful view before our children come crashing down. Only downside is the entrance into the parking area. Its that little too narrow if you have a large car....

Seaview lived up to its name. Stunning panoramic views across the Bristol Channel to Wales with wonderful sunsets and sunrises. The apartment was presented in an elegant and comfortable manner, fully equipped and small details carefully covered. Ilfracombe harbour is a close walk away, with shops, restaurants and boat trips. Walking up from the harbour is slightly more strenuous, so if you have mobility issues or are particularly unfit, best to drive down and park. Overall, the apartment was serene and peaceful, a great place to relax and unwind....

A lovely light and airy apartment with fantastic sea views. Equipped to a very high standard with everything you need for a great stay. Our calf muscles certainly got a good workout walking to and from the town and harbour each day! If you love a long, sandy beach Woolacombe is just down the road by car and National Trust members can park for free at the Marine walk car park which overlooks the beach....
