The Nest is exactly as pictured! Stunning, quirky, peaceful yet with all mod cons and a view to die for! We visited The London Inn on The Green at the nearest village, Shaldon and also The Ness - both great, or alternatively, there is a fabulous independent butchers (and a bakery next door), which is perfect for quality produce to cook back at base and soak up that view!! We walked to Maidencombe along the SW coast path - which was beautifully exhausting!! We also visited Teignmouth for a more relaxed walk along the seafront to Holcombe Beach, which runs alongside the GWR railway line! A fabulous few days visiting the area and staying at The Nest - thank you!...
