St Mawes is a short drive away where you will find a vibrant harbour with passenger ferry to Falmouth.
Spend the day exploring the very beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Catch the King Harry Ferry over the river Fal to explore further afield.

We loved our stay in Nare View. It is beautifully styled, with lots of lovely, thoughtful touches, and everything you need from a holiday cottage. It is also perfectly situated for walking into Portscatho village, with a stunning view. We have stayed in various properties in and around Portscatho, but Nare View is by far our favourite....

We had a fabulous week at Nare view. Morning swims, coastal walks and pub lunches then back to a fantastic cottage. The kitchen has everything you need and the sitting room is really cosy. Deep sleeps crowned off a great few days!

Stylish and comfortable property - all furnishings and equipment of a high standard! View from main bedroom - beautiful! Great addition of Garage for storage and drying wetsuits. Perfect location mid hill! Minutes from village- the standard & beach. Lovely property - but be mindful of the garden levels - although v pretty - are a little precarious & bathroom - again lovely - but very small for 6 people! Had a great stay x...
