An extremely well located house with commanding views of St Mawes Harbour and Falmouth Bay from the large terrace. Two very impressive double bedrooms and bathrooms, and a fabulous modern kitchen. It made a great base for our family holiday.

A beautifully appointed property with an amazing views and excellent furnishings and decoration. Although we had taken note of the vehicle loading / unloading directions do note that access is very narrow and when the "pull-in" is occupied by parked vehicles (as it was for the whole of our stay) it is necessary to block the road to unload - best to travel light ! ...

Overall a good property with high standards of cleanliness, bedding and bathroom that was slightly spoilt by the shabby state of the outdoor areas, external decoration and overgrown garden, which made the barbecue , shower and garden unusable. It has a very well equipped kitchen and some people will love the quirky feel of the furniture. Note the description of the difficult access which you may not be able to manage. However if you can, you will have one of the best views of St Mawes. ...

Beautiful house, amazing attention to detail. super clean, with everything and more! Great views and location. Lots of steps, so not suitable for some! No parking! But no problem to unload car, and park near by!
