We booked a last minute weekend break our family of 3 and it was lovely. The Rancher hut is lovely and in a beautiful Location. We had such a lovely relaxing stay. Everything was perfect from the cosy bed to the amazing shower, has everything you need. And not forgetting the log fire hot tub what was a winner with our daughter and us. Hot tub takes a few hours to get warm but was worth waiting for. We will definitely be coming again. xx ...

A magical few days staycation away for our family. Beautiful earthy interiors, surrounded by rolling hills, immaculately clean and attention to details and incredibly well insulated. Very friendly and flexible hosts. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub, lovely bathroom and the highlight is the gorgeous design of the wooden, Western style deck. We were so relaxed. Great location, very close to a nearby supermarket for convinience even though you still feel in remote and in the wild which was what we wanted. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back! The only small thing we would mention is that there isn't a sofa or lounge chair for comfort indoors in the evenings if it is raining but that didn't really effect us too much. ...

My family had an amazing stay at The Rancher's Hut for my wifes 40th birthday. We met the owners Dave & Vicky on arrival and they were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was only short and possibly not the best time of year for the weather (end of November) but we still had a great time in the hot tub, making pizzas in the pizza oven and toasting marshmallows around the fire pit. We'd definitely recommend a stay here and would love to come back again (maybe next time in the summer months)!...
