Lovely cottage that was a great size for four adults. The highlight has to be the garden which is perfect for outside dining. Also has the added bonus of an additional outside loo which took the pressure off the bathroom. Twenty five minute walk to Ladram Bay across beautiful fields so we were able to swim in the sea every morning. Turn right out of the front of the cottage and walk along the road to the first public footpath on the right. Follow it up the leafy lane, up across the field and then left at the road. As long as you are walking to Ladram Bay and not driving there are no restrictions on accessing the beach and shops. A lovely cottage and pretty garden with shady spots to sit outside. The village has a good community shop that is worth supporting, a pub and the mill where you can sit under the trees for lunch or a snack. There is a lovely round walk along the cliffs towards Budleigh and back along the river, about 5 miles. ...

This is a very attractive cottage, in a very pretty village. It is beautifully presented with quality equipment. The garden is really pretty with lots of seating and safely enclosed for children and pets. Within walking distance there is a well stocked village shop, the mill is a delightful place to visit with a farm shop, cafe, arts and crafts and local walks. There is also a pub with a good reputation. ...

We were 3 singles and found the cottage very comfortable and well equipped. The shower was good and towels very nice. Lots of local walks availble and a bus, so we did not use our cars all week. The Kings Arms, the community shop and Otterton Mill provided for all our catering needs. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the interesting and enclosed garden...

This is a beautiful cottage, warm and cosy, well equipped and in a lovely location. No problem with the off street parking as the bridge is plenty wide enough! Otterton Mill is within walking distance, as is the pub, and both are dog friendly, serving great food. ...
