Varcoe occupies an outstanding position in this lovely village. 180° view of Gerrans Bay and the sound of the sea is constant. Everything you could want is within a few minutes walk - excellent grocery store/post office, the wonderful Plume of Feathers wth great food and 2 beaches within walking distance. The layout of the house is good but beware steps to outside areas if you are dodgy in your pins!...
