Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed for a restful night. Please note there is a step from the landing into bedoom 1.

St Just in Roseland is a magical place to visit.
Further afield The Lost Gardens of Heligan await.

Great cottage in Veryan Green that is spacious with different seating areas to enjoy. Well placed to walk across fields to both Portloe and Carne/Pendower beaches. Easy road access out to the Truro/St Austell main road. So only about 15+ min from Waitrose. Both beaches have ice cream, light snacks and drinks kiosks! Farm shop at Pendower also worth visit. Plus always worth visits to St Mawes and St Just....

Laburnum cottage worked very well for us as a family of 4 adults and a dog. Veryan is a pretty village and a good base for exploring the beautiful Roseland. We appreciated being able to walk to the New Inn for food and local cider. The fishing village of Portloe is a 30 minute walk away mostly on footpaths and also has a nice community pub. The cottage had a handy OS book of circular walks, which was very helpful! ...

Laburnum cottage is comfortable and spacious with all you need for a holiday home, kitchen is well equipped, the outside is all gravel not friendly for older people also found the stars a bit of a challenge, also its a bit dodgy getting out of the drive, on the positive side the house is really nice , everything is more of a challenge when you are in your eighties. ...
