St Just in Roseland is a magical place to visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Laburnum Cottage. It looks much as the pictures, was clean and everything worked well. The kitchen was very well-equipped and a very pleasant space - perfect for having local family over for a meal. The location was perfect, near some lovely quiet beaches and plenty of walking from the door, including to the local pub. The village is delightful. We would highly recommend this cottage. ...

A beautiful spacious cottage, perfect for 6 adults and only a short distance away from some lovely beaches and picturesque places. It's also close to Truro. There is a great pub in the village and a shop for basics - also a farm shop a short drive away. The kitchen is really well equipped and the whole place is really comfortable and very practical for holidays, with parking in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay in Laburnum Cottage, spaceus, warm, clean & comfortable with plenty of crockery ect great for the full sized dishwasher. The back yard was very private, enclosed if you are taking children or dogs a real suntrap, ideal for drying your washing on the rotary line. The cottage is in a great location for visiting Cornwall & very peaceful & quiet village, the local Texaco garage was very handy with a well stocked shop. The only thing we found was the driveway a bit snug and having to do a bit of shunting to get in and out....

Lovely cosy cottage - clean and warm. Well equipped. Great cooking facilities. Grandchildren loved the mini armchairs. Handy for dog friendly New Inn pub which serves good food reasonably priced. Short drive / downhill walk to Carne beach..
