Not our first visit to Boscastle but our first staying in 5 Valency Row, such a lovely cottage we will certainly return. It was warm and cosy and has everything you need to make it a perfect holiday. We had a wonderful break in this lovely cottage. It had everything we could possibly need, and was beautifully clean and comfortable. We enjoyed lots of great walks especially the walk up the valency valley to St. Juliot's church. We bought everything we needed from the local shops, in fact, we parked our car in the car park on arrival and didn't move it until it was time for us to leave....

Very nice house in a lovely setting. Despite the pouring rain we had a great time. An all-weather holiday cottage that allowed us to dry off and warm up after long wet walks. Thank you.
