We had a fabulous stay, best equipped kitchen by far & soooo clean! Absolutely lovely cottage I have 2 terriers so needed to add a small amount of chicken wire to the back garden in case they escaped but that was me being over careful as I have 2 escape artists but garden is pretty enclosed for most dogs. Will definitely be returning :0) The pub in crawling distance is an added bonus too! ...

Absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage is beautifully furnished with every amenity and attention to detail. Great location near the pub and beaches!

Bakery Cottage exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. The quality of everything was exceptional especially the bathrooms which were gorgeous with fabulous showers and bath. We enjoyed sunny breakfasts in the light and airy sunroom and loved the many parts of the garden into which so much thought had been put. Anouska had solved a tricky last minute issue with the Wifi which was very kind and caused her considerable stress...we much appreciated her mighty efforts on this and so much else. The welcome goodies were locally sourced and delicious too, a very well received gift and echoed the attention to detail throughout. Being so close to the wonderful pub, The Miner's Arms, was a huge bonus and we should not have been surprised as it too is run by Anouska and Andy. From the magnificent Sunday roast to evening supper to cream/savoury teas we found the quality and quantities generous and delicious. Highly recommended! The local walks are in the most beautiful countryside in easy reach of the beaches where the swimming (wetsuit required!) is safe and in clean, crystal clear sea. The cottage is in a great position to explore this beautiful area but lovely to come home to at the end of the day. We were very sorry to leave and hope to return asap! ...
