Stunning place, shepherds hut lovely and cosy. Bed was super comfy, the views are amazing and the sounds of the birds, the location and the trees are so lovely, one of the best we have stayed in. The peace and quiet was what we needed. My elderly dog was in her glory running around. Beautiful place to wind down...

This was the most perfect little shepherds hut and location. The setting was so beautiful, the hut itself was so much more than expected. It was super comfortable with everything we needed and more. What a lovely touch being left the essentials for food etc. just perfect in every way. The queens head pub was idyllic with lovely food. We took our push bikes and had a wonderful bike ride in the countryside. Loved the garden centre nearby too. The whole 2 nights was just incredible. Thank you ...

Jessie is a delightful Shepherd’s Hut in a beautiful orchard setting with lovely views. Everything in the hut was high quality with great attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable. On arrival, there were provisions for us which was much appreciated. We loved that it was set in an orchard with lots of space around it and ideal for our dog, as it was a fenced area. The village is just a short walk away and we enjoyed a meal at the pub. Rye and Battle were local highlights. We would highly recommend a stay at Jessie’s. A wonderful , well equipped property with everything needed for a relaxing break. Firepit/barbecue provided for outdoor evenings and a fantastic secure area for the dog to wander in and out as he pleased.

We had an excellent time at Jessie’s, very peaceful setting which made for a relaxing couple of days. Everything was thought of and well organised. Great location, close to Battle and Rye. We had a lovely coastal walk at the Hastings nature reserve, situated on the coast road towards fair Light. Beautiful scenery. We intend to come again....
