Polvellan Heights definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. It lacked for nothing. The view, obviously, is second to none, and having a parking spot at the bottom of the steps is a huge bonus in Mousehole. We were blessed with lovely weather all week, so were able to take advantage of the balcony at the front, from where we thoroughly enjoyed watching the ships and boats out in the bay. With the village and harbour just a five minute walk away, it's in a great location, without having to negotiate the narrow streets in a car. We have been visiting Mousehole for years, and now that we have discovered Polvellan Heights, we see no reason to stop. We will definitely be back!...

This property ticks all the boxes. From the allocated car parking space just outside to the perfectly appointed and decorated accommodation to the perfectly positioned balcony overlooking the sea and St Clement's Isle - so close you can hear the seals moaning. Both inside and out was very very comfortable with everything you might need tucked away in the lovely kitchen or on the shelves in the living/dining room. Perfectly located within walking distance of Mousehole, Newly and Penzance - all very worthy of visits with a handy and frequent bus service to back things up. There are some wonderful places to eat in Mousehole too - every meal we had was exceptional. Highley recommended - 5 stars from us...
