Lovely comfortable cottage, lovely location, lots of nice little touches

It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. It really was what we were looking for, a little country house away from everything but with a connection just a few minutes from a town like Malton, which had all the services. The location for us was ideal because it was a reasonable distance from cities such as York, Whitby or Scarborough, to which we took excursions and a wide variety of areas where we could go hiking. The property was very good, attached to the owners' house but independent at the same time. The house was in optimal conditions of cleanliness, as well as decorated with great taste and with a perfect distribution. It also offers a book of recommendations for activities nearby, with great care and detail, some of which we follow punctually. On the other hand, it maintained an ideal classical but modern air at the same time, since everything was new or certainly seemed so. It was very well equipped in terms of appliances and had central heating, as well as backup heaters. You could also light the fireplace or use the barbecue, for which it had all the equipment, although we did not use them in the end. As for the owners, they were correct, they responded very quickly and diligently to each query we made to them via WhatsApp. Perhaps we missed a bit of warmth from her, or interaction, as our experience at another Classic Cottage property was that the owners came by to pay us a couple of friendly visits in case we needed anything, but this in no way detracts from it. to the wonderfulness of what this property offers. Finally, I recommend a nearby pub, The Grappes Inn, which offers a lot of human warmth and good products and beers. All in all, thanks to Classic Cottage and the Huxton Family for a holiday to remember. Delia & Fran.

Lovely stay in a beautiful cottage in a perfect location. Easy for visiting beauty spots & the coast. Great cantonese & pub very close by. Would highly recommend you visit. Sharon & Martin. Surrey.
