Excellent value for money. Not for disabled as steep steps on access and pathways but the property was very clean comfortable beds and great views

This property is very comfortable and situated in an enviable position with views over the bay. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the local pub as well as the best ice creams ever from Scatho's. The local shop is within walking distance and extremely well stocked. We walked the nearby coastal paths and one of our party enjoyed swimming at the beautiful beaches. We hope to be visiting the area again next year.

Four Winds is simply put, stunning. We are a family of 5, kids 8, 11 & 13 & this property had more than enough space for us all, location is perfect, everything walkable & the views are amazing. We had poor weather but it honestly made no difference because this cottages is so well planned (sunroom!) that you can enjoy your stay no matter the weather. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house. Clean and well presented with all required facilities. Wonderful sea views and very quiet area. Parking for only one car although parking available nearby. Good local pub/eatery a 7 min walk away down a steepish hill. Fairly steep steps down to front door and two levels in the back garden quite challenging for the older members of the party. Overall a lovely holiday home.

Fabulous holiday home - we didn’t want to leave!

Our party of 6 adults all thoroughly enjoyed staying in Four Winds. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated - just as it appears in the photos and description. The new extension in particular is brilliant with a super king marshmallow bed of dreams and fab shower room. The little touches and careful consideration throughout the house was appreciated.

We’re regular Portscatho visitors and loved the location of Four Winds… it’s just a few minutes stroll to Portscatho village centre and the beach for early morning swims. Porthcurnick beach and the hidden hut for afternoon beach trips is only a 10 minute walk away.

We all agreed we wished we had a longer stay and would like to come back!

Property spotless and very well equipped .Relaxing holiday with beautiful weather Very convenient for beaches and village, pub ,shop etc. Would certainly consider booking again.

Very comfortable and spacious property, had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and a very short walk from the village centre with its little harbour. The steps from the parking place down to the cottage may be a bit steep for some. We had one issue which Classic Cottages and the owner responded to very promptly. We arranged beforehand for a Waitrose delivery, but in future we’ll rely on the village store and post office which is very well stocked. This was our first time staying on the Roseland Peninsula though we know Cornwall very well, and it’s beautiful. We enjoyed walks locally and at the truly delightful St Just churchyard, also near St Anthony Head lighthouse, overlooking the whole of the Falmouth/Mylor/St Mawes area. We’re certainly planning on returning!

We enjoyed our stay here in this well equipped, comfortable house with lovely views towards the sea. There are several great coastal walks directly from the house and we can highly recommend the local village pub, particularly on Tuesday pie night! Loved the location and the Roseland Peninsula - a great week indeed.
