A very lovely retreat in an idealic part of Stafford. The horses are very friendly and will expect nose rubs when they say hello to you, all 9 foot something of the two of them, and the sheep will give you a audible wake up call, but could not recommend more. The vegetable patch was a nice touch, with a large courgette snagged for dinner, and the chickens, bicycles and orchard trees were a pleasant surprise. ...

The Shepherds View is a tremendously compact and fabulously located stay. It lacks for nothing and has much more installed equipment than you would expect. Be prepared to say hello to the friendly animal visitors!
