Tucked away in the peaceful Staffordshire countryside sits Shepherd's View, a wonderful shepherd's hut with a delightful rustic charm. Filled with gorgeous touches and cosy places to relax, this really is an idyllic spot to call home as you explore Staffordshire.

Shepherd's View's minimal grey exterior houses a wonderful welcoming interior full of pastel tones and beautiful wooden details. An indulgent wood-burning stove greets you as you enter, ensuring the hut stays nice and snug in the winter months. To your right, sits the compact kitchen with everything you'll need to cook up some tasty lunches and warming suppers on your holiday. Here you'll find a two-ring electric hob, toaster, kettle and under-counter fridge all tucked away under the beautiful granite worktop.

Once you're finished in the kitchen, settle down at the charming dining-table and enjoy the fresh Staffordshire breeze as you tuck into your dinner. Next to the dining-area sit two delightful wooden chairs which offer the ideal spot to unwind with a good book in the evenings. A fabulous double bed complete with gorgeous copper head and foot boards is tucked into the rear of the hut. Retreat into the wood-clad bedroom area after a long day and enjoy a great night's sleep underneath the cosy bedding. A small shower-room makes up the hut's interior, with delightful touches dotted around to create a lovely, homely atmosphere.

Outside there are plenty of fantastic places to relax and soak up the sunshine. Take in the tranquil views across the gentle rolling hills while enjoying a soak in the brilliant Scandinavian-style wood-fired hot tub. If you fancy a bite to eat, settle down for a spot of al fresco dining on the delightful table and chairs or enjoy stargazing gathered around the rustic fire-pit.

Part of Copper Beech Glamping, Shepherd's View is nestled on a wonderful site with The Woodsman (5110) and The Potting Shed (5103), and each retreat has plenty of privacy.

Logs for the wood-fired hot tub and wood-burner are generously supplied by the owner, as well as charcoal for your barbecue.

Once you've settled into your delightful retreat, venture out and explore the wonderful surrounding countryside. Loynton Moss Nature Reserve and Cannock Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are both great spots to enjoy a picnic, boasting a fantastic array of wildlife and walks. Trentham Gardens also provides a great day out, with 725 acres of gorgeous scenery to explore, alongside an outdoor shopping village ideal for picking up a few treats.

The nearby village of Eccleshall is a great place to spend a day, with a fabulous range of eateries and independent boutiques, while the characterful town of Stafford will delight literary and history-lovers with its fascinating heritage and plenty to see and do.
