We are an extended family of 10 returning to Churchtown Farmhouse (it used to be let through another company). We had a wonderful holiday. The house has plenty of room. We particularly liked the large dining room - eating out as a group of 10 often means being seated at squashed together small tables - we took turns to cook and enjoyed eating at home - The kitchen is very well equipped. An air-fryer and a gas BBQ is available if required. Hayle supermarkets are a short drive, Tesco will deliver and the campsite shop has a wide range of groceries. There are also places to eat out locally. We loved being located so close to Gwithian Beach (short walk through the campsite and over the dunes). Also there is a regular bus service to St Ives (although it may be different out of season) which is great for avoiding the hassle of parking. An all day ticket is useful if you want to travel elsewhere from St Ives. ...

The cottage is very beautiful, its not "cheap" but if you are a group of 9 oder 10 (like we were) the price splits very well and you get a very nice stay for your holiday!
