Superbly equipped kitchen. Excellent decorative order. Lovely open-planned lounge area. Comfortable beds. Easy access to the Penwith peninsula, Mousehole itself, its harbour, the restaurants and the SW coast path. Stunning views from the patio and the little nook at the front across Mounts Bay. Great for a quiet coffee and to watch the sunrise and sunset. A bonus is to have one car space outside the property. We were lucky with it being late September and we could find a space to park the second car close by for free but probably less likely in the summer. ...

A beautiful and very well-appointed apartment with lovely views across Mounts Bay which can be enjoyed inside and out. On-site parking makes life much easier and it’s proximity to Mousehole village centre means no arguments about who is driving when going out for a lovely meal....

No1 Polvellan is a beautiful property and in a super location with sea views, and an absolute bonus for Mousehole, a parking space! It has every comfort you could want for a holiday home from home. There are lovely spaces to sit and enjoy the views.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful part of Cornwall. The pictures portray the property accurately and we were not disappointed. The kitchen, in particular, was very well equipped. The little snug area was a lovely place to sit and watch the sunrise, with binoculars provided to watch the seabirds and occasional seal on St Clement’s Isle. Whatever the weather, No 1 Polvellan is a great place to stay....
