The cottage was one of the best I have stayed in. It even surpassed the website pictures and descriptions. There has obviously been so much thought put into the little things. Eg Plug sockets and charging points, well stocked kitchen tableware, powerful showers, beach chairs and buckets and spades available for use etc. The only improvement would be to provide fans for guests staying in very hot weather. We brought our own mini ones and it would have been uncomfortable had we not as it was very hot weather. Overall, a fantastic week spent in the cottage. We will definitely return at some point. ...

This location is very remote but it made a nice change for us instead of usually staying in St Mawes right on the sea front. It’s great for a family with young children. There are toys, the environment is safe and secure and there are great other facilities on site; a pool, park and lovely walk. If you can’t be bothered to cook one night, a pizza van comes one evening a week, as does a chip van. There was so much to do here with our 4 and 7 year old daughters that the quieter location didn’t feel like a trade off at all. ...

An amazing cottage with such attention to detail. Extremely well equipped, comfortable, clean, amazing views. Would definitely recommend this lodge - probably one of the best holiday homes I’ve ever stayed in!
