High spec property in good location with excellent views & everything you need for a great holiday .

Lovely property, very comfortable and well fitted out. Loved the house and garden, and the proximity to the village centre with lots to do. St Mawes was beautiful with lots of places to walk and places to eat out. We didn’t use the car for the first 3 days and only did 20 miles all week.

Amazing property and location. Very clean and comfortable. Nice welcome pack and well equipped. Pretty, peaceful garden and sea views to watch the cruise ships. Summers Beach just down the road was a lovely place for a swim when we had such wonderful hot days. We parked the car and didn't use it until we went home. Ferries are easy and quick. Great walks from the house. St Mawes bakery, sold from the quay snack shop, sell brilliant bread and cakes. Highly recommend Pedn Lodge.

Lovely house, very good beds, wonderful kitchen, had enough space for two families! The garden with the sea view is great. St Mawes is a very pretty little village. Thank you! We highly recommend this house!

Pedn Lodge is a beautiful house. It was very clean, well equipped and spacious. There is plenty of space for 8 people to sit, relax and enjoy. The location is super, with just a short walk to the beach and village facilities. The garden is pretty, well looked after with plenty of space to sit. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Our first visit to St Mawes and we loved the location, watching the boats and using the ferries. Pedn Lodge is so welcoming and we felt at home straight away. The place has a warm atmosphere and the locals are friendly. Book early not to miss out on a wonderful experience.

This property absolutely deserves to be a 5* but we give 3* because the beds were so hard and impacted on our rest and relaxation. It is a bright, light property, well equipped and excellently located. Great for a large group / family - with facilities and space enough that you are not on top of one another. Change the beds and it would be 5*+

We're delighted to see that the house offered a good location for your family get-together. Thank you so much for your observations on the beds - it really is very difficult to find something that suits everyone, so the owners have chosen to provide a couple of different options. The first floor double is a medium/firm rated mattress and the ground floor double is a firm rating. In light of your feedback, the owner has purchased a memory foam topper for the ground floor double for guests who prefer a slightly softer sleeping experience. Tanya, Customer Support

We had a great stay despite the foul weather. A lovely clean, warm home to spend time in with good places to visit all around.
