Amazing property and location. Very clean and comfortable. Nice welcome pack and well equipped. Pretty, peaceful garden and sea views to watch the cruise ships. Summers Beach just down the road was a lovely place for a swim when we had such wonderful hot days. We parked the car and didn't use it until we went home. Ferries are easy and quick. Great walks from the house. St Mawes bakery, sold from the quay snack shop, sell brilliant bread and cakes. Highly recommend Pedn Lodge. ...

Lovely house, very good beds, wonderful kitchen, had enough space for two families! The garden with the sea view is great. St Mawes is a very pretty little village. Thank you! We highly recommend this house!

Our first visit to St Mawes and we loved the location, watching the boats and using the ferries. Pedn Lodge is so welcoming and we felt at home straight away. The place has a warm atmosphere and the locals are friendly. Book early not to miss out on a wonderful experience....
