Little Cottage is a delight! Stunning views out across the harbour and so homely and comfortable. It well stocked in the kitchen so eating in was easy and enjoyable. St Mawes was like a little paradise with a good range of shops and eateries, a small foot passenger ferry that takes you across to Falmouth, a fabulous historical Castle and a beautiful local gardens that was so peaceful and calming to visit. We visited at Easter and it was pretty easy to get around even though the roads are very narrow and winding....oh and steep! I am told that it's quite a different place in the summer months! Classic Cottages remain our "go to" holiday provider, they have a great website, easy booking service and still maintain a personal element to their business which quite sets them apart from anyone else out there. Even though we had a few issues with a neighbouring property Classic Cottages communicated well with us and resolved the matter in a kind and caring and very friendly and polite way....

A lovely cottage with great facilities , located in a central part of St Mawes . Views across the estuary are wonderful . Would certainly consider staying at the Little Cottage again .

Little Cottage is in a great location which is generally very peaceful and has a lovely view. It's easy to access the harbour and all it has to offer. The walk up the very steep hill back to the house is not for the faint hearted. It's well equipped and got what you need for a 'home from home' holiday! There's a well kept terrace front and back and if the sun shines, it's a perfect place to watch the activity down on the water....

How lovely that it gave you that homely feel to your stay! We do hope that the lovely views from the cottage made the walk from the traditional fishing village worthwhile. Donna, Customer Support

Little Cottage is comfortable, very well presented and in a great location.

A home from home cottage with the most delightful view of the St Mawes estuary, perched above the pretty little fishing, tourist village. Fantastically equipped and very comfortable, inside and out, with two outside terraces. Be prepared for some steep steps down to the many restaurants, but well worth the trip to idle away some time at the Idle Rock Hotel, glass in hand, on the terrace in the sunshine, for a sundowner. A short stroll away is Hotel Tresanton, for a spot of delicious lunch, and a number of small beaches to choice from. We literally parked the car for five days and went everywhere on foot or by boat, over to Falmouth, and for me the gem was over to Place by a small ferry. Here we linked up with the costal footpath and access to a 'take your breath away' coastline with glimpses of seals and more beaches! We have stayed in many holiday cottages in Cornwall, big and small, but this one is going to be a firm favourite and one that we will return to!...
