Our stay at Lower Barn was great, it was the second week of our summer holiday after staying at another Classic Cottages property on the Isle of Wight. Lower Barn is on a working dairy farm so be prepared for the scents that accompany that. It’s wonderfully quiet and rural, but close enough to the village of Colyton which has everything you need. Our kids (age 3 and 12) loved the games room which has lots of things to do - table tennis, pool (bring a 50p, you get it back), darts, air hockey. The barn is spacious with an en suite toilet for both bedrooms. The surrounding area has loads to do, about 20 minute drive to Lyme Regis, and the tramway to Seaton is good fun. ...

We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful location. The Lower Barn was lovely and had everything you could require to make it home from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and ample cutlery and crockery. The beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding and towels. The children also enjoyed the games room. We would be very happy to return in the future. ...
