Excellent family week’s stay at Turner Hall. An amazing location especially for walkers and nature lovers just by Haytor rocks. Comfortable and well equipped holiday house which has been beautifully renovated. The shepherds hut is excellent and well furnished and very comfortable.Peaceful and private garden. Would book again without hesitation....

What an experience to visit Dartmoor and stay in Turner Hall. We walked the rock a couple of times, so great to walk out of the door right to the moor (too bad that you cannot enjoy the view on the moor from the house, but the woodland around the house is also nice and very private). The daily use of the hot tub was a great succes for the youngsters (very ease tot heat if you know how the make a fire) and the house is very nice and well equipped. And so peaceful, everybody had very good nights of sleep. We also discovered other parts of South Devon. We love England and will return....

We found Turner Hall to be welcoming, comfortable and spacious ideal for a family gathering. The location is very quiet and private with great views to the surrounding woodland. Haytor is only a stones throw away and an excellent pub is within walking distance....

Great location on the moors near pubs and cracking shop at Ilsington. Amazing converted hall with 3 good sized en suite bedrooms. Open fire lovely as is the very user friendly kitchen. Can’t recommend the property highly enough .

Fantasy place, your kids will talk about it for weeks after, ours have! Absolutely loved it, peaceful and tranquil, just what was needed while having a break from radiotherapy. We’ll be back that’s for sure
