A really enjoyable week in a lovely location. The house had everything we wanted and we particularly enjoyed the wonderful views with the benefit of the bi-fold doors. Nice to have so much fridge and freezer space - and so much space in general! It was great to have Wi-Fi that works in every room....

This is a absolutely beautiful, newly built luxurious barn conversion in a stunningly rural location. The decor and design is super high-end, top quality and the views are to die for. It is very rural so be prepared for extremely narrow country lanes (7ft max) and being good at reversing when you meet another car or tractor! It’s about 10 minutes of driving these country lanes to get to the nearest town (Dawlish) in a southern direction or onto the A380 to Exeter or Torbay coast in a northern direction. Dawlish had a big Sainsbury’s. The quad style back garden is a super sun trap but a little overlooked by the neighbours on either side. The front get the sun in the morning and you can open the picture window sliding patio doors to eat your breakfast and soak up the stunning view of the hills. There’s so much to do and see in the area and we would love to come back as we didn’t get a chance to do everything we wanted to in just a week! ...

We had a great time in this lovely property which is beautifully furnished and tranquil. No disturbances from next door properties (as mentioned in an earlier review). Reversing skills will be needed for narrow lanes! The view from the living room is fantastic and mesmerising- bring binoculars to get a good view of the ducks, lama, sheep, goats and cows on the opposite side of the valley. Very relaxing to sit gazing out with a glass of wine at the end of the day!...
