Beautiful cottage. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for a relaxing break. The outside space is gorgeous, my dad loved sitting and watching the boats on the sea. The very, very steep hill is a challenge, driving up the tight road up the steep hill takes a bit of getting used to. Get yourself ready for a hike back up from the car park. At least you can eat guilt free ice creams and fish suppers because of all the exercise ??...

Good location, well presented. Only issue lack of effective clothes drying given variable British weather.

Little Mariners is both beautifully positioned and appointed with splendid views of the Carrick Roads and Place. Even though position wise you are in ‘the thick of it’, it is exceptionally quiet. Lovely holiday and would recommend this cottage to anyone planning a holiday in St Mawes....

Mrs Franklin December 2024
A cosy, dog friendly cottage, with beautiful views and close to all the local amenities. We stayed over Xmas and the cottage had a lovely little tree, as well as lots of wood for the log burner. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Xmas lunch. The walk down to the village is 2 mins down a very steep hill, so coming back up it was quite an effort, but worth it for the views! We had no problem with parking in the village car park, which is also just a few minutes away. St Mawes has everything you need, good choice of pubs and hotels, well stocked Co-op, 2 great bakeries. Everywhere was dog friendly which was a real bonus. Lots of repeat guests stay here and you can understand why. A picture perfect Cornish cottage ...
