Pooks Hill Cottage is such a pretty cottage. There is off street parking with an electric car charging facility. On street parking is available for a second vehicle close to the property.

Shaldon is a lovely Devonshire village on the Teign estuary and is under three miles away.

The beautiful harbourside town of Brixham is home to the Golden Hind.
Brixham is also home to the Blue Flag Breakwater beach.
The naval town of Dartmouth is simply stunning whatever the time of year.

A very well-maintained traditional thatched cottage with an excellently-equipped kitchen. Quiet village location with friendly pub close by, and Dawlish is just around 1 mile away for amenities and shops. We very much enjoyed our stay. Be warned that all the door are small and doorframes are low due to the age and style of the property so this may not be ideal for taller renters !...

Lovely well equipped cottage in pretty location. Very handy for getting around. Only 10 min walk to a lovely bay at Holcombe beach. Handy pub just around the corner ( managed to get gluten free food)
