Pooks Hill Cottage is such a pretty cottage. There is off street parking with an electric car charging facility. On street parking is available for a second vehicle close to the property.

A charming one bedroom thatched cottage dating back I believe to the 17th or early 18th century. Close to a pub and around 10 minutes walk to the good Holcombe beach. Off road parking for one car. The rear of the property had a small gravelled garden that would be good to use in the summer warmer months. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge....

Lovely place, lovely area, quaint and well equipped cottage. Signage to mind your head was very clear, but still watch your head ??. Local pub very friendly and well used by the locals. Very handy local public transport and great walks from the front door. Parking by the cottage needs careful manoeuvring and is best suited to smaller cars. All in all we’d visit again. Really helpful and efficient service from classic cottages staff as well. Very clean and well looked after accommodation. ...
