Pooks Hill Cottage is such a pretty cottage. There is off street parking with an electric car charging facility. On street parking is available for a second vehicle close to the property.

Shaldon is a lovely Devonshire village on the Teign estuary and is under three miles away.

Exmouth and its beautiful coastline are also very much worth a visit. Spending a whole day in this fabulous seaside town is perfect for both young and old.
The beautiful harbourside town of Brixham is home to the Golden Hind.
Brixham is also home to the Blue Flag Breakwater beach.
The naval town of Dartmouth is simply stunning whatever the time of year.
The south Devon coastline offers numerous beaches, both pebble and golden sands.

Very nice cottage, well equipped and within walking distance to bus stop or train station at Dawlish or Teignbridge to reach other places in the region. Dartmouth or Salcombe are well worth visiting. The car can be left at the cottage. Nice pub up the hill also within walking distance. The coastal path, however, we enjoyed more on the Atlantic side on another trip. No complaints about the booking procedure or the cottage. Have a nice holiday ! ...

Loved it all, so cosy. The fire was a real bonus. Kitchen was very stocked with everything u need and very nice to have milk, tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us when we arrived. Bedroom was very big and the bed was very comfortable Parking was easy Lovely pub 2 mins away Walk down to the beach We will definitely be using Classic Cottages again, very easy and kept up to date with emails. ...

Cottage was so cosy and comfortable, we had a lovely stay. Only one thing to note, the local pub doesn’t allow dogs inside, a bit chilly in September to be outside.
