This is a lovely house for a great seaside holiday with both beach and village within a few minutes walk. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped and worked well for a multi-generation group. We really enjoyed staying at Cara and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We would also be more than happy to book a future stay....

The cottage is very well presented and is in an excellent location. It is well equipped and very comfortable. It is nice to be in a home rather than just a holiday rental with books , phots and ornaments about. We have booked for next year!

Lovely property, close to the beach, in a quiet and green area. We absolutely loved our stay, there's a great coffeeshop within walking distance and a co-op.
Mrs Montgomery May 2026
We visited this lovely home as a multi generation family and found it had ample space, with a bathroom for each bedroom, easily accessible for our mobility impaired family member and with everything we needed. Nice private sunny garden. Plenty of parking. Really good location for walking to the village shops and beach. Can't wait to return and would definitely recommend....

Really lovely property in a fantastic location. Bembridge is a great village with a couple of pubs, cafes and a Co Op local. Short walk down the lane to the beach.
